Santander UoS Latin America Fund

Funding from Santander Universities has facilitated the development of new or existing collaborations between the University of Southampton and partner organisations in Latin American countries.  The aim of the fund is to develop or enhance partnership, recruitment, mobility and collaboration opportunities with Latin American institutions or organisations.

Santander - UoS Latin America Fund 2017

Five travel grants of £1,000 will be available for University of Southampton staff to visit Latin American partner institutions.

Eligible activities

Funding may be used to support staff visits to Latin American countries in 2017 and 2018 which involve University collaboration with a Latin American institution. This may comprise research visits, teaching, development of partnerships and attendance at events.

All Latin American countries and institutions will be considered but priority may be given to:‎

Applications are open to University of Southampton staff. The application form and guidance notes are available on the Global Funding Opportunities Sharepoint site.
The deadline for applications is 30 April 2017.
